Return Policy and RMA Request
All products at MyGreenOutdoors ship new in the box unless otherwise noted and are fully guaranteed and covered under warranty by the manufacturer. The manufacturer warranty will cover any repair or replacement of a product free of charge for up to one year and many products will offer much longer coverage. We request that you reach out to the manufacturer first regarding any technical support or defective products.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30 day return period from the date your package ships. The return process is simple and straight forward.
-Within the first 30 days of receiving your product, click here to setup a return and request a Return Authorization number
*Claims of damaged products, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days. Please keep all packaging.
-A RMA must be issued for your item before it can be returned.
*Packages returned without a RMA, refused by customer, undeliverable address, cancellation re-route in transit are subject to a 20% fee.
-The address provided with the RMA is where the product must be returned in order to receive a
refund.
-You are responsible for the return shipping. Please ship the RMA within 7 days of being received.
-All returns received back in complete and new condition will receive a refund minus any shipping costs incurred. Please be aware that some trolling motors have high freight costs that we incur.
-Items returned used, incomplete or missing the original packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
-Items deemed unsellable will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.

*Packages returned because they were refused by customer, undeliverable address, cancellations are subject to all shipping costs including freight to and from customer & any carrier fees.
-We ship products fast and are not able to cancel orders once they are placed.
*Please be aware that Software, mapping/chart data cards, programmed items, international orders, freight shipments, Viking Life-rafts, Vetus Bow Thrusters and special order items are not returnable.
*We are not able to accept returns/replacements after 30 days. Please reach out to the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
Damage caused by improper installation, and water damage are not returnable.
