Return Policy and RMA Request
All products at MyGreenOutdoors ship new in the box unless otherwise noted and are fully guaranteed and covered under warranty by the manufacturer. The manufacturer warranty will cover any repair or replacement of a product free of charge for up to one year and many products will offer much longer coverage. We request that you reach out to the manufacturer first regarding any technical support or defective products.
-Remanufactured items carry a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer and tend to be in like new condition. They are bought with the same return policy as new items and do not include any return shipping for defective item issues.
-Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days. Please keep all packaging.
-We are not able to accept returns/replacements after 30 days. Please reach out to the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30 day return period from the date of arrival. The return process is simple and straight forward.
Within the first 30 days of receiving your product, use the contact form below to request a Return Authorization number.
A RMA must be issued for your item before it can be returned.
The address provided with the RMA is where the product must be returned in order to receive a refund.
Please ship the RMA within 7 days of being received.
All returns received back in complete and new condition will receive a refund minus the original carriers published rates. Restocking fees up to 15% will apply to items returned back in unsaleable condition plus any shipping costs. Returns outside of our return period if approved will incur up to a 15% restocking fee.
*Please be aware that the carriers published rates will be higher than our promo rates for free shipping and expedited shipping charged on the website. Software, mapping/chart data cards, programmed item, international orders, freight shipments, and special order items are not returnable.
Packages returned because they were refused by sender, undelivered because of a incorrect address or that are returned to the incorrect address not listed on the return authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
Damage caused by improper installation, and water damage are not covered under this policy.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
